Jeff has been with the SSi Team for 5 months. He loves spending time with family and friends, fly fishing, and shotgun sports. With a Petroleum Engineering background, a wealth of experience with Artificial Lift Systems, and a quick adoption of SSi Core Values, Jeff is a valuable addition to the team.

We asked him a few questions to get to know him more personally, and here is what he had to say:

What does your role at SSi encompass?

My responsibility as a Business Development Manager is to grow SSi’s business while providing the best technologies, solutions, and services to our clients.

What energizes you at work?

I get a ‘high’ from each success – whether it’s completing a project or growing a relationship.

What is a skill that not many people know you possess?

I tie my own fishing flies. I get almost as much enjoyment from tying them as catching fish on them.

Where is your favorite place in the world and why?

Cody, Wyoming – I love the small-town culture, the scenery, and the wildlife in the surrounding mountains and streams.

Who do you look up to?

My dad – he helped to instill my work ethic and taught me the importance of integrity.

Do you have a personal motto or mantra?

Always do the right thing, even if no one is watching.

Is there a book that has impacted your life?

The Bible.

Where is your hometown, and where do you currently live?

My hometown is Glenville, West Virginia. My wife and I have lived in the greater Houston (Conroe, Texas area) for 17 years.

What do you enjoy most about working at SSi?

I am really enjoying the small company culture. Having come from a major service company, it is great to see the teamwork that comes from everyone’s willingness to wear several hats in order to get the job done.

Thanks, Jeff, for all that you do for SSi!
