Joshua has been with the SSi Team for 2 months. He loves meeting new Clients in the Oil and Gas industry, hunting, and good bourbon. Joshua’s team describes him as hard-working, energetic, and a great team player.
We asked Joshua a few questions to get to know him more personally, and here is what he had to say:
What does your role at SSi encompass?
My title is Business Development Manager. My role is to seek out Oil and Gas operators that utilize rod lift equipment and share how SSi can help them increase production, decrease costs, and provide better efficiencies than traditional pumping units.
How do you prefer to start your day?
I prefer to start my day with coffee and a shower. I have either music or a sales topic playing in the background.
What is your go-to productivity trick?
I usually go for a short walk around the block.
What is something you can’t leave home without?
My wallet has to come with me.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I would have to choose a Rib-eye steak
What kind of cult would you be most likely to join?
I would be most likely to join an eating cult.
What is one thing you do that makes you lose track of time?
Social Media makes me lose track of time.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be in business and understand how money flows.
What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit of?
I am trying to achieve my purple belt in Ju-Jitsu (submission grappling).
What is something that most people don’t know about you?
I used to play in a Mexican Mariachi Band.
Where is your hometown, and where do you currently live?
My hometown is Bakersfield, California. I currently live in Casper, Wyoming.
What do you enjoy most about working at SSi?
I enjoy the culture of the organization, the products we deliver to our customers, and our weekly communications across the borders.
