Proud to be constantly pushing the envelope in the evolution of rod pumping technology, one way we are doing that is by eliminating the need for our SSi Artificial Lift units to require a separate pump off controller (POC).
That’s right. Our units have this functionality built into our integrated Smart Speed Logic Technology control system, meaning our PLC constantly monitors the rod load and then automatically adjusts its response to a situation based on operator inputs.

How it Works

During downstroke, if the rod load is more than A lbs, then the SSi unit slows down to min speed.

If this occurs B times consecutively, the unit shuts down for C minutes, only re-starting again after D minutes.

With A,B,C & D now all adjustable, it ensures true flexibility & customization to provide maximum efficiency.
The SSi’s Smart Speed Logic Technology can optimize your well using Pump Fillage or Load/Position pre-set parameters, which allows the unit to constantly change the speeds to ensure that a full down hole card is achieved.. The above image is the HMI Screen for Pump Fillage.
